Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below-mentioned posts:-
1. Supervisor/Jr. Officer - Few (For Pokhara & Kathmandu)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFls.
Have performed the job role of Sr. Assistant/Supervisor and above.
Good knowledge of Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of filing application.
2. Assistant/Senior Assistant - Few (For Pokhara, Kathmandu & Sunwal)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
Minimum 3 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
Good knowledge in Credit and Operation
Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
3. Junior Assistant - Few (For Pokhara & other outside valley branches)
Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
Should be a self-starter.
Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
Able to adjust and adapt to the new environment.
Ability to work in minimum supervision.
Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
