Good Neighbors Nepal(GNN) is a national NGO working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving the lives of people, especially community through education, livelihood activities, health services, WASH, advocacy, network building, Open Defecation Free Campaign and disaster risk reduction. GNN has so far covered 14 districts of the country through its 20 Community Development Projects (CDPs) and The improvement Agriculture Products for Poor Households in Sindhupalchowk and Gorkha District Out of those 20 CDPs, two have completed more than ten years, five have completed five years each, and the others are ongoing for less than five years each.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR

(A) BASELINE (KAP) SURVEY, and

(B) INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT

Good Neighbors International (GNI) has been working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving lives of people, especially children through education, income generating activities, health services, child protection, disaster risk reduction, advocacy and network building. Currently, GNI Nepal has been operating its program in 19 districts.

GNI Nepal is planning to implement "Health Rights Improvement Project for Adolescent Girls through Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management Project in Bajura District.

GNI Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested consultants/firms to carry out two surveys: (a) Baseline (KAP) Survey, and (b) Infrastructure Assessment of Target Schools.

The objectives are:

To assess the level of MHM related knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) among target groups

To assess the current situation of MHM facilities and services available in the target communities, institutions and in the project areas.

Procedures for submission of the EOI:

Interested and eligible consultant/firm(s) must submit Expression of Interest (EOI) in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "EOI for Baseline (KAP) Survey" and "EOI for Infrastructure Assessment" by 17:00 hrs. 31 March 2020 to: Good Neighbors International Nepal, Ekantakuna-13, Lalitpur, GPO Box 8975, EPC 1605, Kathmandu, Nepal.
