The school primarily focuses on the overall development of the students with the alignment of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) at the Primary Level incorporating modern teaching pedagogies. Candidates must have at least three years of work experience in related fields with a strong command over written and spoken English with basic computing skills, a sense of integrity and a positive attitude to learning and professional training. For the Primary Level, preference will be given to those candidates who are trained and experienced in delivering the IPC.
